What do I need to provide before placing an order?
Before starting, you must provide vital details like the scope of the project, design preferences (style, ideas, examples), raw photos/videos/audios, social channels, target audience etc. The price and timeline are listed in the description of my services.
What payment methods can I use?
There is a wide range of payment methods. My website allows payments via Stripe (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) and PayPal. Additionally, you can make a manual payment via Wise, Revolut, Upwork, or bank transfer.
How do I send you the footage & media files?
You are responsible for how the raw media files are provided. We recommend file-sharing platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, iCloud etc. Providing organized and high-quality content will help streamline the editing process and ensure the best results.
How many revisions do I have?
There are 3 free revisions included when you purchase my services, which generally is more than enough to refine projects, extra charges may apply for additional edits.
Will I get an invoice? Can I add my VAT ID?
Yes, an invoice will be sent automatically when you purchase on my website, you can add your business details like VAT ID in the custom field at checkout. For the other payment methods, you will receive the invoice via email, please reach out if you need business details to be listed on the invoice.
What is your policy on cancellations & refund?
If you wish to cancel your project, the refund will be determined based on the current status of the work:
100% refund if the project has not yet begun (excluding any payment fees)
50% refund if work started and was half-completed
20% refund if significant progress has been made on the project.
I am available to provide a full report detailing the stage of the project at the time of cancellation to ensure transparency.
